INNOVATION CHALLENGE (MICRO:BIT) PARTICIPATION CRITERIA
The Innovation Challenge allows
Grade 7-8 school teams to create innovative solutions using MICROBIT
prototypes.

Event Format:
Part 1: Hackathon - Teams will engage in problem-solving and prototype building using the Micro: Bit
Part 2:Presentations: Teams will present their prototypes and explain their problem-solving process.
Team Information:
Each
team consists of 4 learners (Grades 7-8) and 1 teacher.
One team per qualifying school will be invited.
NOTE: We encourage teams to include an equal mix of boys and girls, with a goal of 50% female participation.
Registration Instructions:
- Step 1: Complete this pre-registration form
- Step 2: Await confirmation email from the organising committee
- Step 3:Complete the final registration by providing detailed information about the learners.
Qualifying Criteria:
